Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ellie James Co. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Ellie James Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Ellie James Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

 

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Ellie James Co. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the following conditions apply:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

To initiate a return, please use the Contact Form on our site with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please use the Contact Form.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or if the return is initiated after the 30 day period.
